By using the Website and purchasing services at Boxology LLC and registering for a class, purchasing merchandise, and/or using or attending a group and/or private session, you signify your acceptance of the Terms. If you do not agree to this, please refrain from using the Website, purchasing a class, and/or visiting Boxology LLC or attending a class.

Legal Note

Upon visiting and/or training at Boxology LLC, 102 Northampton Street, Easton, PA 18042, and/or purchasing any/all group and/or private training in-house and/or online with Boxology LLC, you assume all risks and hereby release, discharge, and absolve Boxology LLC, it's agents and employees of and from, any and all accidents and injuries that you may sustain during your visit and/or training on the premises of Boxology LLC and/or being trained off premises by an agent and/or employee of Boxology LLC; whether the same are caused or attributed to the negligence of Boxology LLC or the negligence of its agents and/or employees.

You agree that Boxology LLC, and/or it's employees are in no way responsible for the safekeeping of your personal belongings while you attend class. You understand that classes may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.

You agree that neither you, you heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Boxology LLC, its owners, staff or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Purchase Policy

Classes, appointments, schedule, and Coach assignments are subject to change. Pricing is subject to change. All packages are non-transferable, and non-refundable.

All group class and private expired sessions/packages will not be refunded, credited, and/or extended to a user’s account.

Credit cards are the only form of payment we currently accept.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy

A member that has made an appointment for a group and/or private appointment may cancel or change the time of the appointment provided that a minimum of 24-hours’ prior notice is given. Members will be charged for the full cost of the session on any late cancellations or no-show appointments.

Boxology LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend any member for unacceptable behavior.

Return/Refund Policy

All fees and other amounts paid to Boxology LLC related to classes, appointments, or private training services are non-refundable.

If a client has an existing package and an extenuating injury or medical condition arises that prevents the client from attending Boxology LLC, we are able to freeze such packages without advance notice, so long as you provide an appropriate doctor’s note indicating the length of time you are advised not to partake in intense physical activity. To initiate the freeze, please email your request and attach your doctor’s note to Lee@boxology.life

Returns for Boxology LLC products and apparel, which may include, without limitation, t-shirts, hats, sports equipment, electronic equipment or other physical or tangible products, will not be allowed.
